CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Ground Shipping via UPS or Canada Post usually arrives within 10 business days from the time we process the order (usually next day). Expedited shipping is available on request - we can give you options.
US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Standard Shipping via UPS or Canada Post.
Please allow several additional days to receive your shipment due to possible delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all duties, inspection costs, and any other costs related to shipping your product cross border that may be required on some items. UPS brokerage services are reasonably priced.
TWO OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS
(1) Shipping charges are based on weight and distance from our Burlington Ontario Canada warehouse.
(2) We takes great care in packaging our products, however, there is no way to guarantee that merchandise will arrive without any damage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please send all returns in same condition unopened to:

When making a return or exchange, please include your name and address along with clearly written instructions.
You may return merchandise within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise you ordered.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the merchandise was defective or if Pete's Pepper Palace made an error in shipment. In all other cases, no refund of shipping charges will be made, and the customer will be responsible for the postage required to return the merchandise to us.
Again, we take great care in packaging, however, there is no way to guarantee that merchandise will arrive without any damage.
